Our Design Process
Quotes
Please send us a rough overview of your project OR a full brief to hello@wond.co.uk. We’ll review and get back to you with a quote or full proposal as needed. If you are happy to proceed we will schedule a project consultation with your team to discuss the finer details.
1. Initial Consultation
A detail orientated conversation, normally on video conference with your team. We will talk through your goals and look at all of the requirements in depth.
2. Proposal & Agreement
Based on our initial consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining costs, timelines, and deliverables. Once approved, we kick off the project.
3. Creative Exploration
Our design team develops initial concepts, mockups, or styles tailored to your content. You’ll receive options and can provide feedback to refine the direction.
4. Design Implementation
With your input, we refine the chosen design concept and build out the full document. This includes applying brand elements, creating infographics, and ensuring readability.
5. Review & Feedback
We present the draft for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide comments and suggest changes. Our process allows for multiple rounds of revisions.
6. Finalisation & Delivery
After approval, we prepare the final files in your preferred format (print-ready PDFs, digital versions, etc.). We ensure all technical requirements are met before delivering the final product.
