Background
Working with WPI strategy we produced a set of report designs for Homes for Later Living.  Homes for Later Living are an organisation that seeks to promote greater choice, availability and quality of housing specifically built for older people. It comprises of Churchill Retirement Living and Lifestory Group (made up of Pegasus and Renaissance) and operates alongside the Retirement Home Builders Group within the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

Brief
We were approached by Homes for Later Living to create a bespoke report template and layout for a series of reports. They needed a sophisticated design that was clear and fitting with their brand.

Solution
We worked with the CRC team and brand guidelines to develop the visual language and style for the series of reports. We designed a bespoke report template crafting the core components of the visual foundation including layouts, typography, colour use and infographics. We applied the content for their three reports using this agreed design framework.

Our bespoke template designs allow us to respond swiftly to our client’s needs in an appropriate and impactful manner.

This report was used to urge the Government to harness the spending power of older people as this new report shows how people living in retirement housing can help to revitalise the UK high streets after the Covid-19 pandemic.

With many retirees increasing their savings since the virus hit, the Homes for Later Living campaign group has said that “silver saviours” could come to the rescue of Britain’s battered shops and communities post pandemic if much-needed retirement housing developments are built in or close to town centres and high streets.
