Introduction
In this report, The Wilson’s Disease Policy Network outlines six priority areas essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with Wilson’s disease. Through visually engaging infographics, iconography, and illustration, we aim to simplify complex policy recommendations. Our design emphasises clarity, making data digestible and impactful, ultimately empowering policymakers and healthcare stakeholders to effect positive change in the lives of those affected by Wilson’s disease.

Brief
The objective for this report design was to simplify complex information, making it more accessible to policymakers and healthcare stakeholders. With this in mind, the design needed to prioritise clarity and impact, empowering the audience to take actionable steps toward improving the quality of life for individuals living with Wilson’s disease.

Process
The design process was a multi-faceted approach that combined visual storytelling, strategic iconography, impactful illustrations, careful colour choices, legible typography, and accessibility adherence. In the process of designing this document, infographics emerged as a powerful tool to simplify and visually represent these recommendations, making them easily digestible for a broad audience. Our approach ensured that the report effectively communicated its critical policy recommendations, leaving a lasting impression on its audience and empowering stakeholders to enact positive change in the lives of those affected by Wilson’s disease.
