Background
Service Force is the UK’s only authorised repair partner for Electrolux, AEG and Zanussi home appliances.
Brief
We were approached by Service Force to redesign their existing website with a strong focus on customer experience.
Solution
We took apart the existing website and ran an analysis on what was the user experience for each service formulating the best customer experience pathway for a responsive new website. We then designed and delivered a clear and concise brand website that stood out and offered enhanced customer engagement.
